The room was nicely decorated with a fridge and a microwave, making our stay enjoyable.

The room had bright decor and a newly renovated bathroom, perfect for relaxing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room amenities included cable programming, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly, providing great assistance. The location was marvellous, in a nice safe area close to coffee shops, restaurants, hospitals, and shopping.

The room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel has a marvelous location next to North Scottsdale and Westworld of Scottsdale. There are great restaurants nearby, such as Tokyo Joe's which is only 4-6 minutes away by foot.

This place has a great building and rooms with all the amenities you need. It's conveniently located close to a golf course and the city. The service here is top-notch, with staff that are always ready to help and work hard to make sure guests are happy 😊.

The breakfast here was impressive, featuring hard boiled eggs, a variety of juices, and a generous spread of choices. I also appreciated the central heating, cable TV, and having a writing table in the room. 🍳

The breakfast at Sleep Inn was convenient and had a great variety of options to start the day. It was especially helpful for me as a disabled guest. The location of the hotel also met my needs, with shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

The stay at Sleep Inn was so comfortable, it felt like being at home. No complaints whatsoever.

The room is reasonable in size and comfortable. There is a shuttle that brings you to, and can take you back from any place within 5 miles. There was some construction noise daytime (they have renovation), but nothing during the night/morning. The breakfast is very good: there is variety of food: yogurts, danishes, omelet, waffles, and even fresh fruits. (The person who puts the food out doesn't look overly friendly, but doesn't bite, so, it's just the appearance.) There is a free Wi-Fi with reasonable connectivity. The necessity to go through 3 webpages of legalese (disclaimers) every time you open your notebook and connect to the net is annoying. Overall, it is a good hotel with friendly service and very friendly front desk people, but it has some small annoyances that are not crucial for most people.

Don't rely on the front desk service in relation to the shuttle. The shuttle driver doesn't always check in with the front desk. There were several people who stayed at this hotel while attending a conference at J.W.Marriott Desert Ridge. When one day, 3 persons requested the shuttle to the same destination at the same time, they didn't check for how many people reserved, and departed with 2 just a minute before the time, while leaving one passenger behind. And the front desk person didn't even know that the shuttle has left already, telling the waiting customer that the shuttle will come any minute now... (For the next 10 minutes). Then they arranged another shuttle, but as a result, the customer was 20 minutes late. Minor inconveniences: the faucet in the vanity sink is too short, so it is hard to fit your feet. It's just a stupid faucet design. And the shower cabin has a very tiny shelf for toiletries - hard to fit what you need in there. I wish there were more power outlets by the beds (only 1 available, and that one is under the end-table-like shelf). - This is a problem with many hotels.

I liked the proximity to the Westin Kierland (where my conference was held), and the shopping in the Kierland district. The motel was being remodeled as I was there... The people doing the construction were pleasant and the staff was great!!! :) I was fortunate to have a newly remodeled room - I liked the room - it was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was nice. All in all the Sleep Inn was a great value. I liked the Internet access, too. Parking was good, and proximity to reasonably priced restaurants was good.

There was not anything that I did not like about the Sleep Inn Scottsdale! The breakfast itself was adequate, and the hours for their breakfast were very reasonable.

Everything was great, had an excellent stay for the value it was a good stay. The stuff were exceptionally nice, marvellous location to the area I like. Besides, it was short walk to Phoenix, and coffee shops and restaurants.

The hotel was well priced and nicely decorated, with unbeatable location to the airport which is 20 minutes away.

One of the friendliest and most helpful hotels I have stayed in. The newly refurbished rooms are very comfortable and include a microwave. The free breakfast buffet is not bad at all.

Very nice clean room

Receptionist upon arrival very helpful, on departure young girl on reception desk, was okay but did not speak clearly, we are english speaking and I could not understand her. We asked if we could have a Newspaper... She did not know what that was!!!!!!! Apparently you have to ask for one at the reception desk!
